Here at Rising Above, we believe that horses need to be horses!  We provide them with as much outdoor time as possible.  Turnout for stall horses is every day for as long as possible.  Summer days are HOT!  We keep them in stalls during the day when it's so hot and let them have the evenings for a cooler, more comfortable turnout time. The opposite is true in the winter.  Turnout is during the day when the sun is shining and warm.  Nights are in to avoid the cold and wind.
